Lassi is an Indian yogurt drink. Mango lassi is a popular type, but it can be made with whatever flavors you want. Sweet lassi is simple to make and can be sweeten to whatever degree you like. There are many different variations, so you can adjust it to your taste. It’s not extremely heavy, but it’s a good drink just before bed to put you to sleep and hold you over until the morning!
What you will need for flavored lassi:
One part flavored yogurt (or plain yogurt and fruit pulp)
One part milk (or fruit juice)
What you will need for plain sweet lassi:
One part plain yogurt
One part milk (or water)
Sugar or honey to sweeten
Shake ingredients together until well mixed and you have a foam. Pour into glass and enjoy!
